Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
VELLUTO believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been processed or shipped.
VELLUTO does not generally accept cancellation requests once orders are processed. However, refunds or replacements may be considered if the customer establishes that the product delivered is defective or of unsatisfactory quality.
Damaged or Defective Products
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
The request will be reviewed after verification by the merchant, and an appropriate resolution will be provided.
Product Not as Expected
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will review your concern and take an appropriate decision.
Warranty Claims
For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers are requested to directly contact the respective manufacturer.
Refund Policy
In case of any refunds approved by VELLUTO, the process will take approximately 6–8 working days to be completed and credited to the customer.
